Easy Email Backup has been made compatible with the latest MS Office 2007 and the operating system Windows Vista. It runs smoothly with windows 2000/XP/Vista.

User friendly interface
The user friendly interface provides smooth access to all the buttons that encourages even a novice to use them confidently. You can go for either complete backup or customized backup. You can chose your own settings. Schedules can be created new or deleted the ones which are not required now. Summary details inform you of the date and time of the last backup taken as well as restoration done or not. If done then its date and time is informed. If schedule has been created then it informs about its due date and time. The log details like backup settings, process settings, registry settings etc can be viewed. The user can make it password protected.

Unlimited back up size
It picks up all the data selected without bothering for the size. You can take backup of MS Outlook messages, address book and settings, important files from My Documents, Registry, settings from Internet Explorer and other important personal files. Backup file can be given a name so that it can be identified later. It can be compressed as per your choice. Security steps can be taken here by providing password. The user has the choice of providing the path for saving backup file. The backup can be directed through internet to a selected path, named by you. Here, you have to provide host name, port being used, user name and his/her password and the remote directory he/she is using. If the user do not want to give the name and password then he can just tick the checkbox on the right.

Compress as per your choice
All backup files are normally compressed but the user can go for his/her own standard for the compression like maximum, normal, low or it can be no compression at all. Password protection is also available. The software protects all the data and mails with high data security.

Duplicity - no chance!
Duplication is checked at each and every step during backup. So, the backup as well as the data restoration is safe and secure. Restoration can be done as and when required with the choice of restoring the complete backup or selected one.

Scheduling makes it easy
MS Outlook maintains files and settings in personal folder. It copies them to the target folder that you have selected. This target folder may be on your own computer or it may be on a networked computer.

Easy settings are helpful
Desktop icon and a place in Start menu helps the user in starting it. Log book can be maintained ti view the details like backup settings, process settings, registry settings etc.. Latest software update can be checked up on startup. You can select the folder through browser, where you want to save your backup file.

Summary details keep you up-to-date by letting you inform the day, date and time of the last backup taken, of the next backup due, if schedule is maintained as well as the last restoration made, if any.
